Shipping Locations
This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required.
Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern Time – ET) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

- FedEx
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Item Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email. We will investigate the matter with our shipping department and delivery partner and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery / Undelivered Packages
If a package is:
- Not collected
- Refused
- Undeliverable due to incorrect address
It may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
- Storage time may be limited by the carrier
Lost Parcel Procedure
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with our shippings partners.
Investigations may take several working days to complete. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability); or
- A full refund
in accordance with US consumer law.
Liability Disclaimer for Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Industrial action
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs or security delays
- High seasonal demand
In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed. Your statutory rights under US consumer law remain unaffected.
Delivery Delays
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where applicable, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with US consumer legislation.
Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to amend your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery.
Order Changes / Cancellation
